Entry Beautification Update

We are pleased to announce that the proposed entry beautification project continues to move forward, the Association has chosen it’s contractor and the contract is currently being finalized. The project is estimated to commence in early May of 2018. We acknowledge that the construction may cause some minor disruption regarding ingress and egress to the community, but we are working diligently to minimize any impact this may have on the residents. We certainly can empathize with you, our neighbors, that this may at times provide some minor inconvenience, but we are hopeful that upon completion of the project you will agree that the upgrades at the Three Springs entry depict a community in which we are all proud to reside.

Jessica Arden the City Engineer states "profile milling is a moving operation, without any lane closures and should be completed very quickly. The work is scheduled to take place sometime between 7am and 3pm the later part of next week. Other than some noise, the operation should not inconvenience the residents, access to driveways will be maintained continually".
